Artwork description
A Japanese geisha is painted in three-quarter view, her black hair swept up and set with a red ornament, her cheeks flushed and her lips orange-red. Her green kimono carries small pink and blue flowers, and a wide red and gold obi with a yellow knot sits at the waist. Behind her the background turns in spirals of teal, blue and white, painted in the manner of Van Gogh.
Ordering the painting sets a workshop painter to work: it is hand-painted in oil on canvas and made to order in 2 to 4 weeks, depending on size and complexity. Alongside it the geisha is sold as a Fine Art Print in the same ten portrait sizes, 30 x 40 cm to 150 x 202 cm, never hand-painted. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

This company goes above and beyond. We are thrilled with out oversized two painting reproductions for many reasons: First, they both look great! Second, Lucas gave us pictures of both paintings while they were being painted and at the end. This gave us the opportunity to change some things (even different from the originals, according to our wishes). Pictures of the final paintings were again sent to us for approval before shipping.
