Return and Refund Policy
Every painting is made to order for you. If it is not right, you are covered in two ways.1. 30-Day Returns and Full Refunds
- You may return any order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact us at [email protected] before sending the artwork back, include your order number and package it securely.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. The refund is issued to the original payment method after the returned artwork is received and inspected.
2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, photographs of the artwork and photographs of the packaging. We will review them and arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
3. Color Variations
Please note that colors may appear slightly different on screen vs. the physical artwork. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee exact color matching.
