- Defective or Damaged Items: If your artwork arrives damaged or with clear defects in craftsmanship that differ significantly from the approved design, please contact us immediately at Lucas@lenoirdecor.com to initiate a replacement. Provide photos and a detailed description of the issue.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an artwork that does not match your order specifications, contact us promptly for a resolution.
2. Replacement Process
- Contact Us: Reach out to Lucas@lenoirdecor.com within 60 days of receiving your artwork to report the issue and request a replacement.
- Documentation: Please provide photos, order details, and a description of the problem.
- Evaluation: We will review your request and determine if a replacement is warranted.
- Shipping: Shipping: If your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the artwork. Kindly be responsible for the return shipping costs and ensure that the artwork is packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit.
- New Artwork: After receiving the original product, we will begin production of the replacement. The production time will be the same as for a new order.
3. Limitations
- Customizations: Due to the unique nature of each product, we cannot offer replacements based on changes in taste, style, or minor alterations that deviate significantly from your original order.
- Design Approval: Thorough communication and approval during the design stage are crucial. We encourage clients to carefully review digital proofs and request revisions before finalizing a design with our team.
- Timeframe: Replacement requests must be initiated within 60 days of receipt.
4. International Orders
Please be aware that international product replacements may incur additional charges such as shipping fees and customs duties. The customer will be liable for these costs.Additional Notes:
- Color Variations: Please note that colors may appear slightly different on screen vs. the physical artwork. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee exact color matching.
