Artwork description
This Enchanted Lantern Festival is a night scene of glowing paper lanterns floating up over a dark mountain. A string of orange lights climbs the slope, and a village glows in the distance beside still water. In the foreground stand two wooden houses with corrugated roofs and blue-lit windows, and two small figures are on the roof at the right. Dark trees frame both sides under a blue evening sky of heavy clouds.
The long panoramic format suits a wide wall above a sofa: ten landscape sizes run from 71 x 30 cm to 357 x 150 cm. Because it is made to order, a workshop painter hand-paints it in oil on canvas after you buy, in 2 to 4 weeks. The image is also sold as a Fine Art Print, printed rather than painted.

This company goes above and beyond. We are thrilled with out oversized two painting reproductions for many reasons: First, they both look great! Second, Lucas gave us pictures of both paintings while they were being painted and at the end. This gave us the opportunity to change some things (even different from the originals, according to our wishes). Pictures of the final paintings were again sent to us for approval before shipping.
