The Hungry Lion Throws Itself on the Antelope by Henri Rousseau is a jungle scene in a naive art style. A lion clings to the back of an antelope at the center, the antelope's head thrown back. Dark green leaves and ferns surround them, a red-orange glow sits low on the horizon, and another animal watches from a branch at the right.

Allow 2 to 4 weeks for the hand-painted copy in oil on canvas, made to order by a painter in the workshop once the order arrives. The Fine Art Print is sold as well. Ten sizes run between 45 x 30 cm and 225 x 150 cm, rolled in a tube, stretched on a frame ready to hang, or framed, as you choose.
