Artwork description
Pikachu, the Pokémon character, is painted here as fan art in the manner of Van Gogh, with no connection to the makers of Pokémon. Pikachu is centered, with dark round eyes and white highlights, red cheeks and a small wavy mouth, and a gray hat with a wavy brim sits between the black-tipped ears. Short parallel strokes of ochre and orange make up the fur. Behind the character the teal and slate background spirals, dotted with small orange flecks, the swirling brushwork borrowed from Van Gogh.
Your painting is hand-painted on canvas in oil by one of our painters once your order comes in, which takes 2 to 4 weeks. The same image is also available as a Fine Art Print, and there are ten sizes, from 30 x 39 cm up to 150 x 194 cm. If you would like detail photographs of the canvas, ask us through the contact page.

Excellent artist, asks if you are happy with the finished product, and easy to agree with.

This company goes above and beyond. We are thrilled with out oversized two painting reproductions for many reasons: First, they both look great! Second, Lucas gave us pictures of both paintings while they were being painted and at the end. This gave us the opportunity to change some things (even different from the originals, according to our wishes). Pictures of the final paintings were again sent to us for approval before shipping. This is the best reproduction company we have ever hired and I will hire them again in a heartbeat!

Incredible work and magnificent paintings. I ordered three more paintings to have repainted, and they were simply PERFECT!
The paintings are on display in my Blizzard Museum, and I'll be ordering more within the year!
The prices are also excellent for the work offered! (For a 1.20m x 90cm canvas, in France, a painter charges over €1,500....)
Thanks again! See you soon :)
