The Liangzhu civilization of ancient China is pictured as a riverside gathering. At left a crowd stands on rough stone steps, among them two figures in long yellow and white robes and feathered headdresses, a white-haired elder holding a small cup, and bare-chested men crouched over their work in the foreground. A river runs back between trees to blue hills, and at right thatched stilt huts shelter people at work while a woman carries a clay pot along the bank.

Made to order in the workshop, it is a hand-painted oil on canvas that takes 2 to 4 weeks. The very wide format runs from 59 x 30 cm to 295 x 150 cm, in ten sizes. You can order the Fine Art Print of the image instead, ready in 2 to 4 business days. Photos of details are available on request through the contact page.
