Artwork description

Encuentro, a hand-painted copy of the painting by Remedios Varo, shows a slender woman with a long pale face and large eyes seated on a three-legged stool at a small round table. A ragged blue cloak in layered, wave-like folds wraps her head and falls to the floor in a long torn trail. With one hand she lifts the lid of a dark box on the table, and a second small face with wide eyes looks out from inside. Behind her an arched alcove holds shelves of small chests. The room is dim and gray-green, the strokes are fine, and the initials R. Varo are painted at the lower left.

A workshop painter makes the copy in oil on canvas after your order comes in, so it is made to order, and you wait 2 to 4 weeks. The Fine Art Print is available in the same ten portrait sizes, between 30 x 40 cm and 150 x 201 cm. Detail photographs of a painting are sent on request through the contact page.

Awesome painting

Really detailed and creative paintings that you don't see a lot of from these subject areas, particularly video games

Excellent artist, asks if you are happy with the finished product, and easy to agree with.

This company goes above and beyond. We are thrilled with out oversized two painting reproductions for many reasons: First, they both look great! Second, Lucas gave us pictures of both paintings while they were being painted and at the end. This gave us the opportunity to change some things (even different from the originals, according to our wishes). Pictures of the final paintings were again sent to us for approval before shipping. This is the best reproduction company we have ever hired and I will hire them again in a heartbeat!

Incredible work and magnificent paintings. I ordered three more paintings to have repainted, and they were simply PERFECT!

The paintings are on display in my Blizzard Museum, and I'll be ordering more within the year!

The prices are also excellent for the work offered! (For a 1.20m x 90cm canvas, in France, a painter charges over €1,500....)

Thanks again! See you soon :)
