黄金色の午後遅い光が、崖に張り付くように建つ白塗りの建物と青いドームの群れの上に降り注ぎ、石の階段は鮮やかなオレンジ、赤、ピンクの花の鉢を通り抜けながら湾へと続いています。ヨットは低い太陽によって琥珀色と紫に染まった水面に停泊し、空は黄金色から淡い青へと溶ける柔らかなグラデーションで輝いています。すべてのテラスと階段は温かみのあるテクスチャーのある筆致で描かれ、花々はキャンバスから溢れ出しそうなほどなのに、建築物は崖のかすみの中に後退しています。この作品は、涼しげな石と鮮やかな色彩、静寂と、見れば見るほど広がっていく眺めというコントラストの上に成り立っています。キャンバスに油彩で手描きされ、お選びいただいたサイズでオーダーメイドされます。外の太陽が沈んだ後も、部屋に光をもたらす、温かい地中海の夕日が似合う廊下、階段、読書コーナーに最適です。
