フラミンゴの群れが、完全にピンクと金に染まった空の下の浅瀬に集まり、朝日の光が鳥も水も、ひとつの輝くパレットに変えている。ほとんどの鳥は静かに立ち、首を優雅に曲げて採餌したり休んだりしている。一方、一羽が翼を広げて飛び立ち、その動きが静寂を破っている。水面はフラミンゴとその上の燃えるような空を映し、色彩を倍加させ、全体に暖かく、ほとんど重力を感じさせない輝きを与えている。細かな筆致が個々の羽と細い脚を拾い出し、緩いストロークが地平線を珊瑚色と琥珀色の柔らかな帯に溶かしている。すべて暖色で構成された鮮やかで楽しい情景で、夜明けの湿地の静かなドラマを捉えている。キャンバスに手描きの油絵で、お好みのサイズでお届けし、大胆な色彩と自然のエネルギーをリビングルームやダイニング、サンルームにもたらす。
