تلتقط هذه اللوحة أفق مدينة متوهّج تحت غروب نابض بالحياة، بأبراجها وشوارعها غارقة في غسيل لوني ديناميكي. منفّذة بالزيت على القماش بضربات فرشاة واثقة وحيوية، بطبقات من الدرجات الدافئة والباردة لتلعب الأضواء عبر المشهد وتبدو الانعكاسات متلألئة على الزجاج والماء في الأسفل. عند تعليقها في غرفة المعيشة، تضفي إحساسًا بالحركة والإثارة الهادئة على المكان، وتناسب منطقة استقبال مفعمة بالترحيب بالقدر نفسه.
