هنا، تظهر نساء يسيرن على طريق في جبال الريف الفيتنامي، وأشكالهُنَّ صغيرة أمام التضاريس المحيطة. يُفضّل الزيت على القماش ضربات فرشاة سلسة ومتدفقة ترسم صعود وهبوط المنظر الجبلي بانتقالات لونية ناعمة. يبدو التأثير العام منفتحًا وغير متعجل، أقرب إلى الجو العام من التفاصيل. عند وضعه في المنزل، يمنح إحساسًا بالمسافة والحركة الهادئة، ويجذب العين نحو الأفق.
