يقف بوابة توري متآكلة بين أشجار طويلة، علامة على عتبة هادئة بين اليومي والمقدس. عُملت الألوان الزيتية بضربات ناعمة وطبقات، مما يسمح للضوء المنقوش بالترشح عبر مظلة الغابة على البوابة الخشبية. تحافظ ضربات الفرشاة على الغابة ناعمة الحواف وهادئة، مرسومة بالزيت على القماش بجودة تأملية صامتة. عند وضعها في ممر أو زاوية قراءة، تدعو إلى وتيرة أبطأ وأكثر سلامًا في الغرفة.
