امرأة في ساري أزرق رمادي ناعم تقف قريبة من نافذة مبللة بالمطر، وكفها مضغوطة مسطحة على الزجاج بينما تحدق في حديقة خضراء ضبابية خلفها. يتدفق الماء على الزجاج أمام وجهها، مما يخفف ملامحها قليلاً ويضيف مسافة هادئة عاكسة بينها وبين العالم الخارجي. شعرها الداكن مسحوب للخلف، وبندي صغير مرئي على جبينها، وتعبيرها يحمل شوقًا صبورًا وليس ضيقًا، شخصًا ينتظر انتهاء المطر وليس خائفًا منه. الألوان الباردة من الأزرق والأخضر في المشهد مكسورة فقط بدفء بشرتها، مما يبقي المزاج حنونًا وحميمًا. هذه اللوحة الزيتية المرسومة يدويًا على القماش، والمصنوعة حسب الطلب بالحجم الذي تختاره، تناسب غرفة نوم أو ركن قراءة أو أي ركن هادئ حيث تشعر بلحظة من السكون. إنها تركز على لفتة خاصة واحدة بدلاً من مشهد كبير.
