حافلة حمراء ذات طابقين تتدحرج في شارع لندن المبلل بالمطر، طلاؤها الزاهي يبرز مقابل مبانٍ حجرية رمادية وسماء ملبدة بالغيوم. يتحرك المشاة على الرصيف تحت المظلات، وتنعكس ظلالهم وحركة المرور على الطريق الرطب، بينما تملأ سيارة أجرة سوداء وسيارات عابرة المشهد بضجيج حضري هادئ. اللوحة تميل إلى الرمادي ودرجات الحجر الباهتة، مع توفير الحافلة لمسة حمراء نابضة واحدة تثبت التكوين بأكمله. هناك إحساس معاش يومي في المشهد وليس لقطة سياحية، تلتقط لندن في فترة بعد ظهر ممطرة عادية. إنها تناسب ممرًا أو مكتبًا أو أي غرفة ذات طابع حضري أو سفري، حيث يكون اللون الأحمر القوي في مقابل الرمادي جيدًا. مرسومة يدويًا بالزيت على قماش، وتُصنع حسب الطلب بالحجم الذي تختاره لجدارك.
