تخرج امرأة من وسط أمواج فيروزية متكسرة، وشعرها الأحمر الطويل مبلل وثقيل وهي ترفع يدها لتمسحه عن وجهها. تغمر أشعة الشمس بشرتها بينما تتناقض مع الأزرق والأخضر البارد للماء، ويلتف الزبد الأبيض حولها في ضربات سميكة محكمة تظهر حركة البحر. تنجرف غيوم رمادية زرقاء ناعمة عبر السماء خلفها، مما يحافظ على التركيز على التباين بين شكلها الدافئ والماء المضطرب. الوضعية طبيعية وغير متحفظة، أقرب إلى لحظة ملتقطة منها إلى صورة رسمية، مما يعطي للموضوع الكلاسيكي إحساساً حقيقياً بالوزن والحضور. تبقى ضربات الفرشاة فضفاضة في الأمواج وأكثر دقة في الشكل، مما يسمح للعين بالتركيز على الوجه والكتفين أولاً. مرسومة يدوياً بالزيت على القماش وتصنع حسب المقاس الذي تختاره، هذه القطعة تناسب غرفة نوم أو حمام أو غرفة معيشة حيث يضيف عاري كلاسيكي دفئاً ودراما هادئة.
