小さな海賊スループ船が、暗い帆を広げ、深い紫がかった藍色の夕暮れの空を背景にシルエットを描きながら、静かな港を抜け出します。背後にはヤシの木と低い村の屋根が並び、灯りのともる窓がかすかに輝く中、船は外洋へと向かいます。海は穏やかで鏡のように滑らかで、消えゆく光の柔らかな筋と船体の暗いシルエットを丹念に映し出し、全体に緊張感よりも静けさが漂います。ここに戦いはなく、日没の最後の光に合わせた逃亡の静かな緊張感だけがあり、船はすでに影の中へ半分入り込んでいます。岸辺の暖かいランタンの灯りが、空と海の冷たい夕暮れのトーンと対照をなし、穏やかで映画のようなバランスを生み出しています。書斎、オフィス、または冒険と逃避の感覚がぴったりの海をテーマにした部屋に適しています。手描きの油彩キャンバスで、お好きなサイズでオーダーメイドいたします。
